Thank you for choosing WhakaSports, LLC! We have partnered with our fulfillment provider Fluffle Fulfillment to ensure efficient and reliable shipping through USPS and UPS. Please review our shipping policy below:

Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or edited.

Shipping Speed
During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping speed. After the processing period, our fulfillment team will choose between USPS or UPS to meet the selected speed.

Courier Selection
We reserve the right to choose the courier to ensure timely delivery according to your chosen shipping speed.

Shipping for US Residents
For faster shipping, US residents can select additional shipping methods at checkout at their own cost.

International Shipping
We ship internationally, with all taxes, duties, and shipping costs to be paid by the customer. If you reside in a market we currently do not ship to, please contact our customer service team, and we will do our best to add your location to our shipping markets.

Lost or Stolen Items:
WhakaSports, LLC is not liable for lost or stolen items. In such cases, please contact the courier using the provided tracking information to file a claim.

Inspection:
Upon receipt, please inspect all packages and products immediately. If any items are damaged or missing, contact us at returns@whakasports.com
